SEO is by far the most reliable source of unlimited niche traffic, so concentrate on SEO to attain good ranking for relevant keywords. Successful SEO depends on optimization for the right keywords and targeting 1 keyword per page using good content (check out my SEO services).
JV/List Traffic – Get traffic from people who own niche lists and let you advertise in their email messages.
Promotion. Spread the word through legitimate news sites and entertainment outlets.
Get a variety of incoming links such as social bookmarks, links from high PR sites (including .edu sites. .org sites and Alexa links), profile links and forum comments. Getting high PR backlinks is one of the most important factors to get good search engine ranking today. (I’m providing many linking packages here).
Get niche traffic. Buy ads and get articles in niche sites to get niche traffic. Develop relationships with other bloggers and webmasters in your niche so that they’ll allow you to write for them.
Low fee PPC search engines. There are many PPC search engines besides Google Adwords and MSN where you can get traffic for a penny per click.

Buy solo ads. Pay others to mail your offer to their list. This typically runs around $30 to mail to 100. This can be very effective if you choose targeted lists/newsletters to advertise in.

Set up an affiliate program to sell your products or services. The affiliates will drive the traffic for you. Find out why you need an affiliate program here.
Create a targeted blog. Successful companies blog and network. They spread the message on their site and legitimately network with other people without spamming.
Design a Facebook fan page and create a campaign that will entice visitors to “like” your page – develop a relationship with your fans so you can market to them. You can be very creative with how you LEVERAGE off Facebook, especially Facebook fan pages to get a lot of free targeted traffic!
Create non-fiction ebooks for Kindle with links inside the ebooks that direct readers back to your website.
Create ebooks and reports and submit them to document sharing sites. This is a lesser known method that is effective.
Paid advertising. Websites that get a large amount of traffic typically spend a lot of money on advertising and they advertise across various marketing channels. Most marketers recommend a variety of targeted paid advertising.
Facebook.com advertising. Facebook is one of the largest websites with more than 500 million monthly users and it’s one of the most effective places for targeted advertising today. You can target your advertising based on interests and demographics so it’s really flexible.
Generate video responses on YouTube aimed at your target audience.
NOTE: To get targeted traffic and attract your targeted audience, you have to select the right keywords and have a great landing page. This applies to free traffic as well as paid traffic.
Also, have a look at my free traffic methods. Those free methods require work but you can outsource most of these methods. I provide many marketing packages and services.
1. Update your web pages or blog pages frequently. Stagnant sites are dropped by some search engines and don’t motivate visitors to return.
2. Offer additional value on your website. Place links to affiliate and partner sites and products and ask them to do the same for you. You can also advertise their products if they relate to your industry and are not in competition with your own product.
3. Invite customers to ‘opt in’ to get discounts, special offers, valuable coupons or a newsletter.
4. Never spam a subscriber who has opted for newsletters with unsolicited emails. Later if they decide they want to “opt out” of the mailings, be sure you honor their request and take them off the mailing list. They may still come back if they like your products. But they will certainly not come back if you continue to flood their email box with mails they no longer wish to receive.
5. Add a link to your primary page asking people to “Bookmark or Add this site to your Favorites.”
6. Add a link ‘Recommend This Site to a Friend’ so that the visitor can email your website link with a prewritten title, e.g. “Thought you might be interested in this”, just by clicking on it.
7. Brand your website so that visitors always know they are on your site. Use consistent colors, logos and slogans and always provide a ‘Contact Us’ link on each page.
8. Create a “Policies” page that clearly defines your philosophy and principles in dealing with customers. Also post your privacy policy so that clients know they are secure when they visit your site.
9. Create a FAQ page which addresses questions, doubts and clarifications about your product or your company to resolve most of the customers’ doubts.
10. Ensure that each page on your website has appropriate titles and keywords so that your customer can find their way back to your site if they lose the bookmark.
These tips are easy to implement and will give you repeat web traffic.
Another excellent way to gain traffic is to be active on internet forums that are related to your niche. To find relevant forums, just go to any search engine and enter “your keyword” +forum” . For example, if you are selling products related to home businesses, search for “home business + forum.”
Find the most focused forum with a substantial number of active members. Check the dates of the threads posted on the forum to see how active the forum is.
When you join active forums that focus on your field of discussion and post useful and valuable posts, members will start noticing you and paying attention to what you have to say. In most forums, you are allowed to have a link to your site in the signature, which is under every post you make on the forums.
You’ll get several benefits from forums
1. Build credibility.
2. Get links from high PR sites.
3. Get direct traffic from forums.
People will click on your link and visit your blog if they find your posts helpful and informative.
This is very targeted traffic and your credibility is built even before they land on your blog, so traffic from the forums is easier to turn into sales. You can sell your own products or recommend affiliate products as your readers are already convinced you’re an “expert” in your field.

To get traffic from Yahoo Answers, you want to provide useful answers.
You must do an advanced search to find the best questions to answer. To get the most relevant questions, search questions opened in the last seven days with your keyword or key phrase. Then, answer the questions you can answer.
To get voted as the best answer, you need to provide quality answers. Read the question thoroughly, understand what is asked and give a targeted answer. Too many people give answers that have nothing to do with the question.
You can be banned if you abuse the system and provide consistently poor answers. As long as you follow Yahoo’s terms of service and provide quality answers you will have no trouble keeping your account.
Start your answer with a greeting, e.g. “Hi, thanks for your question”. Or better yet, mention the person’s name, e.g. Hi Terry.” This will make your answer stand out from the crowd and will start to build a relationship with the questioner.

You should only put your link in your answer directly if it has been asked for. Putting your link in every answer can get your account banned. Your link needs to go in the resources box below your answer. Don’t worry, people will see it and click on it, particularly if your answer is voted the best answer.
Yahoo Answers provides a good method of generating targeted traffic to your website. It works well for most types of sites and some people make decent money just from Yahoo Answers. Use it well and you can benefit from it. I’ve used Yahoo Answers and it works.

Video marketing can take your business to the next level. YouTube is a mass traffic source and Google shows YouTube videos high up in its search results with a small image of the video which is likely to get more clicks.

OneTruemedia – Onetruemedia.com – similar to Animoto – has lots of stock photos – easy – I like their transmissions and you can control the length of the images. Works with any operating system as long as you have Internet.
Zillatube – www.zillatube.com. This is the easiest and the fastest way to create YouTube movies. Free download (limited usage) or purchase at $20.97. It is very easy to download and convert videos. Then edit those converted MPG videos with Windows Movie Maker.
After Effects CS4 – This professional software gives you more capabilities than Powerpoint or Camtasia but is very expensive.
Adobe Premiere lets you edit your movie.

Google wants unique content. This is true even more today than in the past.
Article spinning creates multiple versions of your article. Having different versions allows multiple article submissions to help your search engine ranking. But if you don’t use article spinning correctly, it can actually hurt your ranking.
Google has removed bad content since Google Panda and it’s possible that Google may be checking grammar and spelling now to detect low-quality content.

Article directory marketing doesn’t work as well as it used to since Google’s recent updates but article syndication works very well.
Today, the backlinks you’re getting from article directories are non-context-relevant, PR-0 (low PR) backlinks because Google’s algorithm has devaluated the article directories a while ago. This means that submitting articles to hundreds of article directories to get backlinks won’t help your SEO much anymore. You would need tons of backlinks (50,000 and 100,000) to get the same link-juice as one backlink from a relevant authority site. Backlinking is mostly about quality and relevance these days and quantities are of little value in comparison to quality.
But article marketing by syndication of high-quality content in front of highly targeted traffic is very effective today.
This means that today – even more so than before – you should only write and submit high quality articles. Web publishers are looking for information that’s worth putting on their site. If your articles are crap, you’re just wasting your time as publishers won’t put them on their site.
The context-relevant backlinks (sites with related content) you can get from sites that syndicate your articles from directories can give you quality links.
Context-related links carry more weight.
The best links are those from relevant authority sites within your niche. So focus on getting links from authority sites in your niche. Today, focus on getting your valuable articles on relevant blogs or websites. If a website in your niche publishes your article with your backlinks, the backlinks will have more value because of the nature and content of the website giving you the link.
Syndication can increase your rankings dramatically.
The power in submitting your articles to sites like EzineArticles is in getting other site owners to republish your articles because your articles are quality articles that provide good content.
Your articles can be picked up by webmasters searching sites like EzineArticles to get content for their site. And you can also proactively contact other web publishers and ask them to publish an article in return for a link back to your site.
